ΜAP ΙΟΥΛΙΟϹ ΦΙΛΙΠΠΟϹ / ΚΑΙϹΑ/Ρ Bare-headed, draped and cuirassed bust of Philip II, on the left, facing draped bust of Serapis, wearing kalathos, on the right. Rev. MECAMBPIANΩN Hygieia standing front, head to right, feeding serpent from phiale. RPC VIII online ID 48385. Varbanov 4291. Beautiful green patina. Minor smoothing and with small breaks in patina on the edge, otherwise, very fine.
